Is your jewelry made to order? Yes. Every RiztaJewel piece is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed — we don't sell from pre-made inventory.

What materials do you use? We work in 925 sterling silver and 10K, 14K, and 18K solid gold (yellow, white, and rose gold), set with lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, and select gemstones.

What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds? Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds — same hardness, same brilliance — but grown in a controlled lab environment rather than mined from the earth. They typically cost less while offering the same certified quality (our diamonds are IGI certified).

Can I customize my jewelry? Absolutely. We welcome custom designs, engraving, and gemstone or metal upgrades on nearly any piece. Message us with your ideas to get started.

How long will my order take? Production usually takes 7–14 business days, followed by shipping time, which varies by destination.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship worldwide via fully tracked express courier, with regular shipments to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Europe.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes? US import fees are included at checkout. International buyers outside the US may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or GST charged by their country.

Can I return or exchange my order? We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Personalized, engraved, custom-made, and resized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Is your jewelry suitable for everyday wear? Yes — our gold and diamond pieces are crafted for daily wear. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and storing pieces safely when not worn (see our full Care Instructions page).

How do I know my ring size? Message us for a sizing guide, or if you're unsure, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for an accurate measurement before ordering.
